Injection Tools

The Injection tooling plays a very important role in Aluminum Die Casting. The idea is to get consistency in the shot speed in repeated cycles as desired in the process parameters. All the elements of injection system are very important. It is an interaction between shot sleeve and Plunger tip. It is understood that the injection tooling is the least focused area by Indian die casting industry and mostly cast Iron plunger tip with an average life of one shift or 1000 numbers is in
